We are thankful to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala for blessing us with a vision, courage, and a highly qualified professional team to lead Madinatul Ilm, a company duly registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) u/s 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017)  having its project under the name ‘Qurtaba City,’ Mouza Kolian Hameed, Motorway M-2, Chakri Interchange, Rawalpindi.

We are also grateful to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala for enabling us to get NoC from TMO, Town Municipal Administration (TMA), Potohar Town, Rawalpindi vide letter no: 105/TMA dated 15-09-2008 issued NOC/formal letter of sanction regarding ‘Qurtaba City’ Mouza Kolian Hameed, Motorway M-2 Chakri Interchange, Rawalpindi.

After entering an agreement with HSSR (the Developer) in December 2020, the developmental and infrastructural work of the Qurtaba City has enhanced manyfold at a comparative faster speed, and we are hopeful that Insha Allah, we will be able to complete its major/landmark projects within the next two years. Professional staff and consultancy services of a reputed company have been hired with 100% availability of its team at the development site. The management of Qurtaba City is regularly undertaking the purchase of land and sale of plots, etc.
